Where does Istana ship?

Orders may be delivered to addresses within the UAE and worldwide.

What are my shipping options?

As of now FedEx is the delivery method, which is currently available. However we constantly strive to improve customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or collection methods across our shopping channels.

I’m missing items from my order?

If your item is missing from your order email us at info@istanauae.com.

How long do I have to return an item?

We do not accept any return or refund unless the item is faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply email us at info@istanauae.com and return the faulty item to us within 5 days of the day you received them.

My payment did not go through. What do I do?

If you’re your payment is not going through simply email us at info@istanauae.com and we can look into the alternatives.
